Trade problem

I logged on today to find that my trade with a RL friend is canceled. I didn't do it, he didn't do it, and now it won't let us trade at all. The trade offers are automatically canceled after they are sent.

We have never logged on from the same place, he has Charter, I have ATT...I don't get it.
