War length

Are wars not 7 full days of fighting?

So if a nation has a war declared on the tenth Should it not expire on the 17th?
Because 10th +11th +12th + 13th +14th +15th +16th = 7 days of fighting, so it would expire on the 8th day, right?

Shouldn't those wars from the tenth be expired?

The wars were declared at 11:34 PM and 11:35 PM. It is my understanding that they expire exactly then. So it is easier to think of it as exactly 168 hours of war, instead of 7 days.
