Grämlins recognize a state of war with:

The League of United Armenians

and declare the League of United Armenians a free fire zone effective immediately.

The Grämlins Conclave has approved offensive action against the League of United Armenians. All war declarations will be coordinated with the other fighting forces. Every Grämlins member has permission to use SpyOps on any League of United Armenians nation in his range at will.

Afaik we don´t even have nuclear nations able to target LUA nations, atm.
IF we ever should be able to catch one of there bigger nations in a war, it is possible.
