A few months ago the leader of blitzkrieg (Fredrick Barbarossa) gave us some problems that resulted in him being perma zi listed. He was never large enough to hit and deleted before we could attack. Skip forward a few weeks later and Elysium is approached out of the blue by blitzkrieg wishing for protection.

The registered email was the same as Barbarossa's so I attempted to figure out the level of involvement.

We find it interesting that a random nation that just happens to be their former leader is recruited on his first day as a nation and made triumvir a bit comical. Therefore Elysium hereby declares war on Blitzkrieg. Now the studious members of the audience will notice with an avg NS of 24k, Elysium will have great difficulty declaring on an alliance that is 20k NS total, so we've invited some friends. As Flag Alliance of Pegasus, we are opening up targets to all signatories and starting a nice little live fire FTX.

tl;dr If you're on a perma zi, don't ask for a protectorate and register under the same email and ip.
