DefCon and Pyramid present the Desert Storm treaty

Preamble:
This treaty is between the Defense Confederation (DefCon) and Pyramid with the intention of further ensuring the safety, security and prosperity of the membership of each alliance. It also serves as a symbol of the continually improving friendship, loyalty and bond shared between the two signatory alliances.
I. Peace:
A. Pyramid and Defcon agree to the sovereignty of each other, and promise not to infringe on that fact.
B. Both alliances agree to commit themselves to a state of non-aggression with each other and should tensions arise between these respective alliances they agree to handle said issues with respect and in private.
II. Intelligence:
Both alliances agree that any information of direct relevance and concerning the security of either alliance will be shared with each other in accordance with this treaty, this is not to be considered an act of espionage.
III. Aid:
If either alliance should find themselves in need of financial aid, military aid, or political aid, they may request support from the other alliance. That alliance is highly encouraged, but not required to come to their aid.
IV. Senate:
If either Pyramid, or Defcon have a senate seat, and are in need of a sanctioning of a member of the yellow team. The other will oblige to do so. Also the members of Pyramid and Defcon agree to vote on the best choice for Senate, be it from Pyramid or Defcon. This agreement entitles DefCon one 30 day election period to hold a seat with Pyramid's votes and vice versa. This cycle will continue until either DefCon or Pyramid gives a 30 day warning about cancelling section IV.
V. Termination:
This treaty may be cancelled by either signatory for any reason, should either alliance request this a 48 hour cancellation period will remain in effect where the terms of this agreement will still be in effect.
