Probably the oldest and most important principle of international law is pacta sunt servanda: agreements must be kept. As alliance of honour and legality, FCO has no intentions to act against this sacred principle. Nowadays, people are putting their names on all kind of papers and agreements way too easily - they are binding themselves to alliances they are not ready to fight and die for.
Yesterday, the oldest and the dearest ally of the Finnish Cooperation Organization, Norden Verein, was viciously attacked by international forces of the Continuum. On this very second, the concept of "pacta sunt servanda" was flushed down from the toilet: most important allies of Norden Verein just walked away and left them to die alone in the hands of the aggressor.
Behaviour like this is not the way of the Organization: that's not the way we treat our comrades in blood, mind and arms. And so, while being very aware from the horrible fate that awaits us, we will
* CONSIDER the casus belli of the Continuum as nothing but a petty excuse based on biased attitudes and the wrongdoings of members who have already been punished and removed from the alliance
* HONOUR every single clause of the sacred Pact of Steel signed between honourable governments of NoV and FCO
* DECLARE that the Finnish Cooperation Organization is now in a state of war with The Phoenix Federation
