How do you create an alliance?

change your AA to your alliance name, and create an alliance forum. At probably IF.

You can then create a Charter for your alliance to follow (it's government and laws).
You don't have to create a charter, you can be the supreme emperor or something with absolute power.

Whatever you want, it's your alliance.

Try InvisionFree for a forum.
I might suggest that you continue with your alliance a little more until you grow a bit bigger.
Also, sell some tech. That's a lot of money you could be making.
