It's with regret that we inform the Cyberverse today that we've had our first nuclear rogue ever. Dogbender, a long-time member of Genmay and our former Minister of Recruitment, has decided to break our strict rules against first-strike nukes by nuking a number of nations including the President of The White Delegation.

Dogbender has been expelled from our alliance as a result of his actions. No matter how long we've known someone, or how much we like them, by breaking our rules which prohibit first-strike nukings they leave us no choice but to sever our ties with them, forever.

We apologize to the nations nuked by Dogbender, and in particular to the alliance of The White Delegation. Hopefully we can prevent one person's actions from causing the war between our alliances to escalate to nuclear status. We remain committed to our no first-strike policy, and hope that the alliances we are at war with will treat us in kind.

As a member of the STA, which as far as I know is yet to produce a nuclear rogue ever, I believe I am in a position to compliment Gen[m]ay for promptly booting nuclear rogues from their ranks. I honestly never thought that someone would criticize me for complimenting an alliance on their side.
