I have a question about the format of reporting individual posts in the report forum abuse forum.
I have read the sticky and the way it is written has it broken down into sections of different types of formats for different types of reports, or, that is how I understand it.
However I am not sure if I am correct as the format for reporting individual posts in the sticky is written as:

Make sure to link to the specific post in question, not just the topic or page the post is on.

If you do not know how to do this, on the top right of each post there is a post number ( Post #1 ), click on the number and it will give you a link to the post.

I have however seen multiple instances of reports following the above format being asked for further information.

I am just looking for clarification on this to as their seems to be some confusion (on either the player or moderator end) and to ensure that future reports are submitted correctly in the future.

The quote in my OP is actually directly from the thred you linked. My confusion comes in how it is formatted. when you look there are multiple sections of that post each beginning with a bolded description of an offense as follows.
FORUM NAME ALTERATION / BAN REQUESTS / ANYTHING THAT INVOLVES ANY IN-GAME NATION
which specifies that you need to include;

* Ruler:
* Nation Link:

than the next section;

and lastly

When I read that sticky it seems to me that each of those sections is independent of each other and that the information required from one section does not pertain to the others. If that is not the case than I think it would be best for everyone if it is clarified in the sticky as I know I am not the only one who reads it that way.

Well, I'm not entirely sure of your question, but here is an answer

Whenever you report forum abuse, include the perpetrators nation/ruler name, and a link to their nation. If it is for signature/avatar, use that format just stated, plus the forum screen name, description of offense, and link to post.
