Preamble: In recognition of common interests in the defense and preservation of the Far East, we the undersigned nations of the Orders, hereby enter this pact with the common goal of spreading Francoism and defending it.

Article One: Common Currency

The undersigned nations hereby agree to the usage of a single currency, that is the Franco, in all transactions within our respective nations and in trade between our respective nations.

Article Two: Free Trade

The undersigned nations hereby agree to the complete freedom of trade between our countries.

Article Three: Mutual Defense and Intelligence Sharing

The undersigned enter into this pact of mutual defense against any enemy that should arise. A declaration of war on one will result in war with the other two. The undersigned also agree to share any and all intelligence of foreign or domestic threats to the others.

Article Four: Optional Assistance

The undersigned agree that a declaration of war by one is not a declaration of war by all. However, the undersigned agree that they may use this pact in order to pursue military, financial, political, or humanitarian assistance.

Article Five: Free Borders

The undersigned agree that the there shall be no restriction on travel between our respective nations so long as the travelers have valid passports.

Article Six: Political Unity

The undersigned agree that every member of this pact must be of a Francoist background.

Tiannanmen Square is filled by the people, as their hearts are swelled up by news of a new batch of Comrades to the South. Crowds of people with NPO, Triyunican, and FPE flags rush forward as Emperor of Neo Triyunica and Chairman of the Triyunican Francoist People's Party Emperor Triyun II appears on the front of the forbidden city. He addresses the people.

"Franco's Star rises on the East! Long Live the Orders! Long Live the August Revolution!"

The people respond:

"Hail Franco!"

"Hail the Vientamese People!"
