I like having nice round numbers, so is there a way for me to lose 0.03 technology?

I don't think so unless you get lucky in a battle or sell it ALL off, but I have the same question if somebody has a different answer.

I've been wondering the same thing.

Is it possible to give tech away as foreign aid in any increment you like? I haven't tried it but it may work. You just have to find someone willing to use up a trade slot for .03 tech. Or add it in with a monetary aid package.

I'm pretty sure it's been tried Weenie. I think it rounds and you're equally screwed.

Man, I wish I could be the like guys in Office Space... write a program that takes all the fractional tech units and deposits them in an account...

Except I would wake up, my nation would have 33456546 tech, and the entire world would be DOWing on me. :awesome:

next time you do a tech deal just have the guy send you 49.97 tech instead of 50

As mentioned above, this doesn't work. I don't think there is a way to do what he wants now, other than being lucky when someone attacks you (or when you attack someone).

I'm just glad I got all my numbers rounded before this changed.
