Roma - After watching the hit film "ZiCKO" by Mike Moo, Acamas, Caesar of Republic of Roma was convinced that a Universal Health Care wonder must be placed within his nation by 11,000 infrastructure! Unfortunately, legislation was not passed by the Roman Republic council and plans for the wonder were canceled forever. The council was worried that the heat wave disaster that killed 14,000 citizens in France over a period of 2 weeks would happen in Republic of Roma if the nation invested into the wonder which in turn would bring the nation into anarchy and decrease population happiness. Acamas argued that the citizens of France were too lazy to care for the sick, while the Republic of Roma did not have lazy people and would thrive under the wonder if implemented. The Council also banned the act of employer-provided health care insurance due to the lack of competition between the insurance companies and their huge profit gains. The Speaker of the Council Rachelle Italio said she will create a cheaper alternative with a health board that will set standards, however, the agency could not be run due to Acamas' refusal to fund the agency.

"The council will decide if the National Lab wonder would be the right choice for the nation. Acamas believes he can defeat the opposing incumbents holding the council seats in the November election. The Acamas party could take back the majority in the council it had lost 2 years earlier. Opponents simply chant 'change' 'change' 'change'."
