This is a practical joke done by the Chaser's War On Everything team. They decided to drive a fake motorcade through the security at the APEC summit. Quality isn't the best but it is watchable. Runs for about 3 and a half minutes.

This was about half way through last year, they had the footage back up on the site then :P

These boys also went to court for that little stunt.
