The Alliance of Neutral Armadas is changing teams from the Brown team to the Blue team,
Why we are doing this,
1) its #1 team color
2) offers more trade stability
3) helps us further relations with our close allies, namely Nueva Vida & =Western Empire=.

Our MDP with NV is permenant. We have given due notification to our allies in the Brown team and wish them no ill will. Members of the BLEU bloc have already been informed of our entry into the Blue sphere.
