If you do a spy operation on a player that is currently on your AA, but isn't in the alliance, is that still considered spy slot filling? This has troubled me and I do not want to get a warning for something that isn't allowed.

You mean if he is ghosting your alliances AA? No, that should be fine. People attack ghosts all the time and it isn't a problem.

As long as its obvious you are trying to do harm to this ghost, sure.
