Preamble
This document serves to manifest in written form that the amicable relations between the Royal Order of St. George and the Mushroom Kingdom are held in high regard. The individual members of each alliance show each other general good will, and appreciation for the members of the other. Through similar ideals and fruitful relations as shown in the signing of this pact, both alliances shall hereafter strive for justice and prosperity together.

Article I
Both alliances agree to respectful conduct regarding one another in public and in private areas, and the Royal Order of St. George and the Mushroom kingdom agree to resolve any disputes or items of contention which may arise through the proper use of private diplomatic channels, be they embassies, IRC, or interpersonal contact via the appropriate methods.

Article II
Neither alliance shall take overt or covert military action or engage in acts espionage against the other; similarly, no financial or military aid may be rendered by either alliance to any party committing any form of hostile action against the other. Both signatories agree to immediately pay 150% reparations of the damage incurred should a rogue incident occurs.

Article III
In the circumstance of an offensive attack upon either signatory, the contracting parties agree to defend one another to the fullest extent and to combine their resources to act as one cohesive military unit.

Article IV
Any information gathered or happened upon by one of the signatories of this treaty that has any potential impact on the security and well-being of the other shall be promptly and privately forwarded to party in question. Sensitive intelligence will be dealt with with the utmost care and responsibility, and both parties agree to maintain open lines of communication in this regard.

Article V
Individual member nations are strongly encouraged to provide assistance, based both upon need and the best potential for development, between both alliances. The governments of the signatory alliances are expected to promote this kind of cooperation and encourage their member nations to be involved in it.

Article VI
All Royal Order of St. George nations residing on the Aqua sphere hereby oblige themselves to support whomever the Mushroom Kingdom selects as its candidate for the Aqua team senate. In return, the Mushroom Kingdom will quickly and promptly respond to any request the Royal Order of St. George has that involves any use of the senate seat in the best interest of the prosperity and the stability of the Aqua sphere.

Article VII
If either alliance decides to cancel these accords, it must give the other party 72 hours notice prior to the official cancellation, during which all above articles will continue to be upheld.

To add to all of this, ROG has a few icing on the cake announcements:

1.) A few internal council changes were made. First off, George Sorrell has resigned from the council to take his seat has an admin/advisor over things. In his place, two new council members have been tabbed to squish into his seat. Straz and Robyn1217 are these members. Congrats, I know you two will do a great job!

2.) Royal Order of St. George has just passed the coveted 300k mark, and in doing so, is now a large - small alliance. We could also be called a small - large alliance, but whatever. Just the same, we are now sitting at 25 loyal members housing 45 nukes. We have effectively grown well over 400% since alliance inception on October 15th of last year!

3.) Our Flag! We FINALLY have our own flag, and would like to take this time to thank Atreidesphalanx from TAB for the hard work put into this. We loves ya! If you're wondering which flag it is, it's the one that's not the MK flag.
