My trade set should be yielding 7 bonus resources, and it was until yesterday when it mysteriously went down to 2. None of my trades have canceled or changed, so I am not sure what the problem is.

The bonus resources you lost have tech requirements. Looks like you just sold all your tech to other nations.

To clarify, with just 5 tech, you'll get your main 3 back: Construction, Asphalt and Autos. At 10 tech, you get microchips, at 15 radiation cleanup, and much later you'll get your 8th, scholars.
