The following is an official is a interpretation of the New Pacific Order philosophies/announcements.

It runs whenever necessary to provide a NPO-free interpretion, and is an official production of
Sage Interpretations Inc.

NPO topics tend to address principles that they believe embody Pacifica, with a heavy emphasis on self-serving thought. They share these announcements with the world so that all members of the world know what will be expected by NPO as they sign alliance agreements with NPO.
The Prof has taken upon himself to interpret these NPO announcement into a form that allows all members of the globe to fully know what NPO expects from them if they expect not to be attacked in the future by the NPO.

Of course, The Prof doesn't have time to do all of the announcements, but he will do his best to try to serve the global community with this unselfish service.

I have to say dear readers that this one was a tough one. They are getting sneaky in their recording methods. Their media corps must be using their star propaganda writers on this weeks edition. We've edited out the fluff and stuck to the facts for your convenience.

Hail Meatshields,

Our subject to preach on today is loyalty.

Stand together suckers, we’re in this for the long haul. We been here before and you can see we’ve again demanded that our allies to attack our protectorate to show their loyalty. Stand loyal - you are commanded by the NPO and we demand loyalty.

Remember, all alliances must remain loyal to the emperor. The one true "law of loyalty": The actions of the Emperor are absolute right - the loyalty demanded by others is only granted by the Emperor. Actions of the enemies of the Order are absolute wrong and thus disloyal. No speaking in terms that might be deemed disloyal by the Emperor. He demands control of his subjects in the same way he demands control of all alliances – remember, he is freeing them from the chains of freedom through their loyalty to him.

Loyalty to the NPO is returned in so many ways! NPO can receive aid, receive money from your banks, receive your tech, and of course, you can serve the Order through your service in war. Be loyal protect NPO from the chaos of freedom.

Without their allies’ loyalty NPO is nothing. If you are not loyal, they are flushed like brown log down the churning chaos of a stained river. Other alliances have troubles too. However, NPO needs their loyalty. Are they so arrogant as to think that they can survive without THE ORDER?

While your cities burn and your infrastructure tumbles, consider who shows you loyalty. The NPO? Dilbert and Moo-Cows will only watch the mushroom cloud over your city. They send no aid. Your city crumbles to dust – yet they demand loyalty – they are not expected to give it. NPO is loyal only to NPO.

And this, Planet Bob, describes the loyalty of NPO, it benefits only the Emperor in his fight to control your freedom. NPO cannot defend itself against the an onslaught of the hoards of Planet Bob, tech raiders, the free alliances, their dismissed allies. NPO needs the united strength of their allies. Without these allies they are a simple alliance with no reason to have an impact.


So let us, meatshields, during these days of war, and too, in the days of your demise that will come, never forget your loyalty to the NPO. Let our knives be sharp and your senses dulled with our wisdom.
