Preamble

We believe that it is our duty to make planet Bob a great place that will be safe and full of prosperity. We also believe that all cybernations have a right to existence, money, and might as long as they do not impede on ours. So we the members of the maroon Union will work together and make planet Bob a better place for everyone because all cybernations are created equal, and all have the opportunity to become great. Onwards united to a greater and more powerful day.

The Selection of Leaders

There will be one council made up of ten members at the charter convention. Each Member will receive one vote. If there is a tie, the leader of the Provisional Leader will receive the tie breaking vote. He or She may choose to pass the responsibility to another council member.

Article II
Responsibilities of the Council

If the alliance is attacked by an outside power during the constitutional convention or any other transitional period the Council can vote on an declaration of war which will be achieved 7/10 margin of victory. If that margin of victory is not possible, the provisional leader can declare a state of emergency and with a 3/10 margin of victory can rule by decree.
