Happiness penalty for Vacation mode - decay time?

Hi,

I've been calculating and guessing the happiness for my nation, and it seems that my current happiness of 20.90 is lower than what it should be.
As a matter of fact, I assumed it would be 30.x ...
I've been on vacation in september, during xmas and 5 days at the end of the year.

My nation is Europa Plus, and these are the hidden stats:
- people happy with gov and religion
- 3 trades with team bonus
- environment is 3.91

Could it be that I still receive the happiness penalty?

How long does it take to wear off?

The environment probably affected your happiness count, nothing more than that.
