France's Grape vineyards suffer!



After seven months of drought vineyards filled with grapes would have been turned into wine have rotted or died leaving a huge debt for the French Republic. President Marie Royal have called on her cabinet ministers to address the national crisis that shall ruin the economy. The The Union for a Popular Movement party have called on the Socialist Party Government to act before the country falls in to chaos. Protests have started over the government's slow address to help the Wine Industry.

Government workers have stated that the President has taken a calm tune on the crisis and she shall make a national address to the nation by friday but many vineyard workers stated that a national address shall not solve the problem. France's Wine Industry could be ruined but Hannah Ixania, Minister of Industry stated in an interview that the French wine industry will not fail but if we don't take the proper measurments insure safety to our vineyards we can lose them.

Military Coup overthrows the Government of the French Republic!


Riots take over Paris and other cities of France

Today the Government of the French Republic have been overthrowed by military coup led by General Jacques René. Madam President Marie Royal has been killed and same with her Prime Minister. At only six-thirty military forces stormed Paris and captured President Royal while the Royal Guard killed her family and her staff. General René was told that troops had entered Paris and the short battle against the democracy supporters and the military ended.

Troops continued to march in while President Royal was beaten and shot to death for her so called crimes that General René claimed she did. Soldiers where ordered to shot at any riot in Paris and other regions in the country. Soldiers where also ordered to burn down churchs and ban religion in the country. A minute ago all government workers where ordered to report to the Bastille Palace which is the official residence where they where shot and killed.

President René took the Order of the French Presidency and accepted the role of President. The President banned other parties and has set up the Communist Party of France for citizens. People on the streets where barred from their homes and where shot on the spot for violence against the country. The President has brought a law to the Communist Parliament for approval,

Background
Criminal, particularly terrorist, activity continues to plague France. Safety and security is limited in the northern and island provinces where the French ratio is particularly high and much of the populace has not been made to accept the rule of law.

With significant pushes being made into developing the northern and island provinces, countries may step up their terrorist actions. Bringing civilization and economic development to these regions is a vital matter of national security. If France can not "tame" these regions, we will be faced with near constant insurrection and terrorist groups will be able to operate with impunity. Both civilization and economic development require stability and it is the job of this Ministry to provide that security.

A number of nations have operated with Alertness systems on a nation level. Some have applied such system at more local levels. A well-tiered system, at both the county and province levels, accompanied by different tactics and personnel levels on the basis of threats, will allow us to better manage our resources, particularly manpower, and apply pressure where it is needed at an appropriate level.

Actions
- Five-tier Alert system is created: White (No Threats), Yellow (Low Risk), Orange (Medium Risk), Red (High Risk) and Black (Insurrection).
- All provinces and counties will be at a particularly level of alertness at all times.
- Specific levels of personnel will be determined per county and province for each level of alertness.
- Domestic intelligence and crime levels by county and province will be examined to set and change level of alertness as is needed.
- Specific security tactics which will be authorized at each level of alertness, ranging from non-lethal responses heavily favored at White to armed house-by-house searches at Red to preemptive lethal responses at Black.
- All security personnel will be trained in regards to new Alert system and procedures

President tours the country


Soldiers providing protection for their Commander in Chief

Only a short number of hours after President Jacques René took over the country he has made it his mission to tour all over France. Military leaders have deemed the area unsafe because of the coup but the President said he shalln't give up on his dream. Many fear this hsall be the end to the country as soldiers are being spread to the limit to deal with the increasing crime and riots. Political teacher and reporter James Richard said that the only reason why the President is touring the country is to gain support for his military coup and protect the country from democracy nations.

Mr.Richard also said that to hold on to his support the President holds on to the military like a toy. Without them he wouldn't be able to overthrow the government and he wouldn't have the security of a secure nation. Mr.Richard told us that soon within the press will be attacked and taken over by the government. Bias free newspapers shall run, Government lies shall be brought to the people. But Mr.Richard said that military coups don't last long at; most of them he said fail because of war to restore democracy or civil war. Mr.Richard hopes it shall be civil war.
