This is to take effect immediately. It was a hard decision, but it had to be done. This does NOT mean, however, that our leader will disestablish his nation. He will join another alliance and serve Planet Bob there. (OOC: To GOONS, do NOT even THINK of attacking the alliance I will join. Just don't do it if you know what's best for you.)
