Mostly Harmless Alliance - The Revolution Protectorate Agreement

Preamble
For the purpose of maintaining a permanent and solid friendship, and promoting peace, stability and growth, the Mostly Harmless Alliance (MHA) and The Revolution (tR) enter into the following Protectorate Agreement.

Article 1 - Protection
MHA agrees to offer political, financial and military support to tR whenever it is required. An attack on tR is considered an attack on MHA, and will be dealt with accordingly. Additionally, MHA may assist tR in offensive wars, if it is determined that the cause for war is justified. tR is not required to assist MHA in any wars, but may do so if they are willing.

Article 2 - Intelligence
MHA and tR agree to share any and all information pertaining to the security and welfare of the other.

Article 3 - Treaties
tR must obtain MHA's approval prior to signing any treaties with third parties. MHA assures tR that the process will be fair and balanced.

Article 4 - Team and Senate
tR agrees to make Aqua their official team. MHA will assist tR in coordinating the switch. tR agrees to vote for MHA's Team Senator in the Aqua Senate elections.

Article 5 - Advising
tR agrees that one MHA member, as designated by MHA, will receive an advisory position within tR's government. The adviser will assist tR on internal and external issues, as requested by tR's government.

Article 6 - Cancellation
This treaty may be canceled at any time, provided that a 72 hour notice is provided by the canceling party. Both MHA and tR agree to discuss any and all issues before attempting to cancel the treaty. Once the notice has expired, MHA and tR agree to enter into a state of non-aggression for a period of 96 hours.
