The problem with the current situation: New nation are unable to attain a number of wonders that are comparable to older, more established nations; faced with this issue, newer nations may delete rather than playing anyway.
My suggestion: Change the formula to a square root graph. thus meaning that younger nations can catch up with older nations faster, while still giving older nations an advantage over younger ones.
The equation I suggest would be (2/3*30^(1/2)*n^(1/2)+10); at the start the the period between wonders is just fourteen days; for the thirtieth and last wonder, the period that must be waited after obtaining the second last one is thirty days; overall, the time to obtain all thirty wonders would be 700 days; a reduction of 200 days from the current time of 900 days.
The graph below displays the length of time between wonders depending compared to the number of wonders build under this formula.
How this is an improvement over the current situation: By reducing the initial time to obtain wonders, you allow younger nations to be competitive with older nations faster, and as such those younger nations are less likely to give up on playing. Of course, the tech issue will remain, but by reducing the scale of the wonder issue the difference will be reduced.
