Description of Offense: User mentions that he is "going to go play" a CN competitor, which is IC in OOC by mentioning the "game" and advertising for a competitor mentioning them by name.

Also, later on in the thread he posts a bunch of posts in a row, which is also against the rules for having lots of back-to-back posts, and they're basically all spam and content-less as well.
