Hamas fired about 200 rockets into Israel last week, injuring 3 people, so Israel bombed the crap out of Gaza killing dozens of people and wounding dozens more, and today they killed the military commander of Hamas.

So looks like it's war again.

How shocking to see you use absolute hyperbole in your description of Israel's actions. Here's how it went: a militant group fired an anti-tank missile at a jeep of Israeli soldiers on a routine patrol, wounding four (they also detonated a rather large roadside bomb in a tunnel, apparently as 'retaliation' for an 11-year-old dying in the crossfire of a gun battle between militants and the IDF that the militants had themselves initiated). Israel shot back. Then the rockets began. Israel has since then used targeted airstrikes against rocket sites, and killed the commander of Hamas' military wing in another. Your insinuation that Israel has indiscriminately bombed Gaza is nonsense, and is typical of your well-evident need to play out Israel as the villain. Israel has not "bombed the crap out of Gaza," nor has Israel killed dozens of innocent Gazans.

International opinion in this event is rightfully against Hamas and the multitude of other terrorist groups whose existence in Gaza it tolerates, condones, and supports, as they attacked Israel and then escalated the conflict for no reasons other than their apparently habitual need to create violence against that country. They've stirred up the proverbial hornet's nest; the Israeli government, in accountability to its citizens (and following the strictures of common sense), has no choice but to address these attacks. Sadly, it'll be the common people of Gaza who will suffer most from the actions of Hamas & company, but the latter really have never cared about such things.

Is anyone else getting a sinking feeling of "not this again." Seriously...I can't help but get depressed and frustrated when looking at the Israel Palestine issue because it all just seems to be a constant cycle. Israel cannot win the war with its current tactics, and the Palestinians cannot either. And neither side seems to be really learning from this.

Actually that isn't quite correct. Hamas is learning. Or rather, they don't have to learn because they already have what they want, which is power. Terrorists need dissatisfaction, they need misery and they need everyone else to have failed the population. Then they can come in and take power.

None of them agreed on something i guess with all the airstrikes still hitting Gaza at this moment , and up till now there are 3 children dead out of 9 , and tens wounded .

Three Palestinian fighters and four civilians have been killed and 40 others wounded by Israeli fire since Saturday.

Even Al Jazeera doesn't inflate the casualty numbers as badly as Ogaden does.

Also this isn't an isolated event, there have been airstrikes all last week on Gaza, and Hamas also fired rockets all last week.

Actually, there haven't been airstrikes from yesterday morning, until the killing of that Palestinian Usama Bin Laden.

Also, I have little respect to people who had nothing to say when hundreds of rockets were fired on Israeli civilians and wake up now, when Israel does something to stop it.

You still haven't addressed the fact that your original tally of fatalities was spectacularly incorrect, nor your complete hyperbole in reference to Israel's actions.

The Epic , funny, sad thing in the story is that "israel" uses airstrikes( they usually miss the target anyway , but kill civilians and children) ,and their F16 to hit Gaza , and put on the alarms , and come with all back up , full military , to hit a 45 km^2 City.

Hamas definitely DIDN'T agree on killing Bin Laden and the saint which was killed today was just as bad.
In regard to the Israeli airforce, you are right. It is known for not being able to hit a target.
If the Palestinians don't want to deal with our jets, they should not attack us. It's that simple.

So military action eh? When can we expect Israel to enact the rest of its wide range of heavy handed tactics? This ultimately will have something to do with Palestine wanting to be recognized as a nation by the UN I assume.
