Score is dependent on Alliance Strength and Member Nations - it is possible that your membership decreased while your strength increased. As for taking the spots, I'm fairly sure it'll be GPA and NpO, I would be surprised to see TOOL get sanctioned. Even I joined TOOL this month since when I have got at least 83 recruits, with a minimum of 2 20K+ and 2 10K+ nations. Its really one hell of a fun recruiting team in TOOL with people like Gamemaster(Around 70 recruits in the last round), Starkiller, tigers09, bfinn and hobbies. Though I guess I'll have to meet this muddee guy Many of my possible recruits did switch over to Invicta. Nowadays it's Dawny who's back to luring them in en masse, and a few others, but she's our best. Still, the initial Muddee rush was quite remarkable, largely because it was totally unexpected, and because of all of the comical remarks in Nation Age like "Errr... five minutes?" that his recruits would post. I'm not even as active as half the recruiters. Half my messages have to be sent to offline nations and I cannot even send 150 messages half the time.
