Quick growth after losing most of your infra is usually do to it being cheaper when you have very little. Granted, our tech is steadily going by-by, but we lost so much infra that buying it back is really cheap, and money is flowing constantly to small people due to our great organization. I don't honestly see how ending terms will significantly increase our growth rate, either. Plus eventually it will slow down as people get to more standard infra levels where it is more expensive. Infra below 4999 is really cheap, especially if you have extra improvements to spare. I was buying 70 a day once when I got knocked down to like 4200 once well before I have all my wonders I do now.
