Ahh, there are a number of answers to that question. But basically after the end of the UjW the numbers in CN just kept going down (We were up at 40K members then). It should be kept on though until it's back to normal, just because it's interesting. Seems like for about a week now we've been gaining something around .05 a day. Hopefully the next 2-3 days will see a big jump as we have our second round of rebuilding aid go out. I thought the big, immediate drop came after the moderators clamped down on multi's and we lost a few thousand nations? I definitely agree that the game has slowly bled members since then though.
