Growing due to merging is remarkable? what?

When your on the retaining end of a Merger.... YES!!!!

See if your leader(s) can talk another semi-major alliance or two to merge w/ you. Ask Hoo, Not an easy task!

Then you will know remarkable.

We don't want to merge, unless it's with another dutch speaking alliance (which there aren't any, really).

Also, Merging is considered cheating in the sanction race and you should be disqualified for it! ;)

We aren't gonna give up our unique alliance demographics because we want to cheat in the sanction race :D

While I appreciate JebTheWise's enthusiasm, we really didn't have the sanction race in mind when those alliance's approached me about joining. Having said that, merging is no more unfair than having an off-site forum to draw additional members from. FARK

No, never! :jihad:

That is still the plan, but this was just a diversion tactic. After all, we can't let Polaris know that they will be moved to 4th place soon, or they will declare war on us before the merger takes place!

Wel spoken Scalare. We will get our Sanction by playing Fair and with only Dutch speaking people which should be honored place 1 :D

I came here in the Great Fark migration back in February of last year and never joined the Fark alliance. I'm not the only one.

Commentary

Today's special shoutout goes to the Confederacy of Imperial States: Look out below!

Looks like this became true. The booming Monos Archein has put yet another alliance behind it, and although it's still pretty far behind Echelon, that could change. Besides that little bloodbath, a good day today for nearly everyone, except Nueva Vida, which is having a bad reaction to those 'roids it took earlier. Sadly, RnR drops below the drop line. The battle between the surging Ragnarok and the faltering Viridian Entente is shaping up to be very interesting. for all! Global Democratic Alliance is only three member above the magical sanction number of magicality, and could return to its italicized state verrrry soon. Nueva Vida may need to keep an eye out on the Neutral Menace. Besides that, Mushroom Kingdom may want to whip out those Jaws CDs, as they recover from recent losses and try and sneak attack The Order of Light.

Today's special shoutout goes to Orange Defense Network! Why? Because they're just plain awesome. Also because this is the first time an ODNer did one of these. I think.

Today's other special shoutout goes to Barack Obama! Grats on winning the majority of pledged delegates!

This is probably not a very good update, any constructive criticism would help.
