That being said, I believe the "Detailed Alliance Statistics" are real-time, just like its "Real-Time Alliance Statistics" forebearer. The "Display All Alliances" screen, on the other hand, is not real-time, although some have said that I am mistaken. Nevertheless, even if changes are taken so far as to drop sanctions from the game entirely, this can still be continued as a Race for the Top 12 thread for fun. Also, update cometh. The New Polar Order was also high up in the list, going up by a fifth of a point, while the Independent Republic of Orange Nations went down by the same amount. The Viridian Entente drops for yet another day, and is only a bit more than a point away from dropping out of the top 12. The The Grämlins also show a bit of a loss today, equalled in gains by Ragnarok (who lose ground to the soaring FOK) and Nueva Vida, who looks poised to overtake the Confederacy of Imperial States tomorrow. Over the long run, though, it just means that biggest gainer/loser will go to people whose updates are around the Sanction Race update period and who might miss or add a day of growth to a given update.
