Last audit was January 19th, and I think it was just short of three months last time (or somewhere around there). I'd say sometime by the end of April for sure. Should sanctioned alliances disband, their sanctions shall be given to the runners up at the last audit for the first and second time this is required. Should a third sanctioned alliance disband, I believe a replacement will be found based on current stats. Interestingly Atlantis has disbanded... So should they be dropped at the next update? I believe it may be prudent to continue to track them until they drop below a score of 10 or until the sanction is handed over in-game, whichever comes last.
