From update to tonight, the lower alliances don't match.  Mutually Friendly Defensive Alliance (listed as 120 on your list) is at 114, and hasn't been at 120 for days.  Sovereign League of Armed Powers made 120 last night. 

 

Are the lower alliances updated at different intervals than the top 36?
