In reference to neutrality, complete impartiality begets neutrality, but it is completely possible to be neutral without forfeiting your gonads. Though as opinions are increasingly a cause of war perhaps the difference will become purely semantic sooner than later.

I welcome our new neutral overlords, in any case.

Acting "impartially" in a specific case is anyway about one's actions in that case: it doesn't automatically entail not having an opinion, and even less it equals being oblivious of one's interests.
I can impartially panic on everyone and still "have gonads".

I was in the MHA when we were fighting IRON, Echelon, GGA, MCXA, NADC and TUF in TOP-C&G. Before that it was vs IRON in Karma. In both cases our coalition had the upper hand, but it wasn't anyway anything easy. Especially IRON has never been a soft opponent, and even when outnumbered they put out the best possible fight you can expect from any "non-elite" alliance. I won't easily forget the lessons Matt Miller gave me, despite him fighting uphill against 3 of us.

I agree that this is anyway the first war in which the MHA isn't part of the bigger side.
