In contrast to yesterday, there's a lot of large losses from the sanctioned alliances today. However, we'll start off with the bright spots, including the [color=#48D1CC][b]Mostly Harmless Alliance[/b][/color]'s gain of a tenth at the top of the chart. For the next big patch of green, you need to go all the way down to [color=orange][i]The Order of the Paradox[/i][/color], who adds a sixth of a point to not only become today's Biggest Gainer, but also leap over [color=#48D1CC][b]The Last Remnants[/b][/color] and into 12th place overall. However, a lot of losses as well - [color=#48D1CC][b]Fark[/b][/color] drops a third of a point to be today's Biggest Loser, while the [color=red][b]New Pacific Order[/b][/color] drops a sixth and the [color=blue][b]New Polar Order[/b][/color] drops a fifth, as they're barely half a point ahead of being passed as well.

A big move by the [color=#48D1CC][i]Mushroom Kingdom[/i][/color] today in tier two, as they add a sixth of a point to claw back even more ground against [color=#48D1CC][i]The Democratic Order[/i][/color], despite a solid gain of their own. Only an eighth of a point separate the two now, with [color=orange]RnR[/color] less than half a point ahead of both. Also doing well is [color=black][i]Nordreich[/i][/color], who seems to be back at it with the [color=gray][i]Nusantara Elite Warriors[/i][/color] after a double-digit gain. The sole notable loss is one from [color=purple]The Legion[/color], who now finds three alliances less than half a point behind it.

And tier three is incredibly boring.

I also debated about adding Duckroll into the mix - it's cited by a lot of people on a regular basis - but ultimately decided against it because it's not an MDP bloc (or, really, a bloc that provides any mechanism whatsoever for entrance into a war).

NEW and FEAR are there as part of their membership in BFF - a bloc that has remarkably few connections to the outside world. In fact, out of the entire four bloc members, they hold only three outside treaties - Europa holds MDPs with GOONS and Invicta, while FEAR holds an MDP with TORN. While TORN does have substantial connections to MJ, and Invicta is allied to NPO, I decided to lump the entire bloc in with PB based on their direct connection to that bloc via Europa.

Gopher, this is a hell of a task, and I appreciate your effort and hard work. I think that leaving DR out of the equation is a mistake, as it really doesn't give an accurate description of the blocs. Although technically DR is not a bloc, I think you would see them roll as one in any upcoming war, with the exception of ML..maybe. So by putting members of DR in others sphere, it isn't really true. These alliances are very close in nature, and although they are an ODP bloc, they really would probably activate that. Much like the ODP between Fark and NpO. (Had to get that in)

Not much as of late mind you, but they were adamant about it when it first launched. Having said that, you certainly cannot deny that DR is a unique sphere of influence. This is well put. Mr. Gopher, if you're doing blocs only you need to remove NPO, but i think we can all agree that they have their own sphere of influence, as you had documented. DR falls into the same category imo

I work on the assumption that every MDP+ bloc will roll together. Is there another bloc that you'd see yourself as more likely to join in warfare?
