I've been toying with the idea of 1) keeping it at a constant 36, or 2) making the add line half of the 12th-ranked alliance. It would take 25 days to run to 0, but how would the varying schedules of collection affect scores in the meantime? Would alliances like Umbrella or TOP get hit early? It's rhetorical, mind you, I wouldn't wish it on anyone to go through and calculate all those alliances' inactivity dates, but it's fun to think about.
