Once again, we have a lot of very impressive gains among our sanctioned alliances, contrasted with two fairly steep losses. The [color="#48D1CC"][b]Mostly Harmless Alliance[/b][/color] seems to be bearing the brunt of [color="red"][b]Hurricane Pacifica[/b][/color] quite successfully, matching and even exceeding the would-be number one alliance. The [color="blue"][b]New Polar Order[/b][/color], on the other hand, loses another five nations and a sixth of a point to become today's Biggest Loser, and is in very real danger of losing third place to the surging [color="green"][b]Green Protection Agency[/b][/color]. The [color="blue"][i]World Task Force[/i][/color] shows a little bit of red, allowing [color="black"][b]Sparta[/b][/color] to escape with a tenth of a point gain, while allowing the [color="green"][b]Viridian Entente[/b][/color] to bring themselves to within half a point of a pass. A similar story can be seen in our Aquatriple, where [color="#48D1CC"][b]The Democratic Order[/b][/color], [color="#48D1CC"][b]Fark[/b][/color], and the [color="#48D1CC"][b]Mushroom Kingdom[/b][/color] are now spaced out in almost exactly half-point intervals.

Farther on down, there's a number of big shifts - the [color="brown"][b]Global Alliance and Treaty Organization[/b][/color] allows [color="black"][i]LoSS[/i][/color] to breathe a sigh of relief by losing an eighth of a point; a loss slightly exceeded by [color="purple"]The Legion[/color] but made up for by [color="orange"]FOK[/color], who is only a quarter-point south of the [color="purple"]United Purple Nations[/color]. These shockwaves continue down into Tier Two, where [color="orange"]RnR[/color] loses three nations to give the Biggest Gainer [color="orange"]Independent Republic of Orange Nations[/color] a shot at moving up one spot, thanks in large part to their gain of a fifth of a point. The [color="maroon"][i]Random Insanity Alliance[/i][/color] ends the day just shy of both [color="black"][i]Umbrella[/i][/color] and the 200 nation mark, enjoying a surge in both score and members, and widening their lead over [color="gray"][i]The Order Of Light[/i][/color] to a tenth of a point.

Despite losing two nations, the [color="blue"]Multicolored Cross-X Alliance[/color] has a bit more breathing room ahead of the [color="gold"][i]Federation of Armed Nations[/i][/color] thanks to a loss on the latter's part, who are also feeling a pinch from below thanks to the tag-team of the [color="maroon"][i]Commonwealth of Sovereign Nations[/i][/color] and [color="black"][i]Poison Clan[/i][/color]. [color="#48D1CC"][i]Athens[/i][/color] will also sleep a little easier tonight, as [color="blue"][i]The Foreign Division[/i][/color] loses a tenth of a point to widen the gap between the two.
