Props to the [color="red"][b]New Pacific Order[/b][/color] for finally achieving the gains we all expected of them, to the [color="orange"][b]Orange Defense Network[/b][/color] and the [color="brown"][b]Global Alliance and Treaty Organization[/b][/color] for their gains, and most of the middle of the sanctioned alliances for their streak of green. Separating these groups are the [color="blue"][b]New Polar Order[/b][/color], who lost six nations today, and the [color="#48D1CC"][b]Mushroom Kingdom[/b][/color], who lost a similar amount of score.

Only a couple of alliances in Tier Two are able to keep pace with the Tier Barrier; [color="blue"][i]Nueva Vida[/i][/color] and the [color="blue"]Multicolored Cross-X Alliance[/color] gain ground on the race while staying a point apart, while [color="#48D1CC"][i]Athens[/i][/color] adds two nations for a whopping gain worthy of a Biggest Gainer award. This is tempered by large losses by [color="black"][i]Poison Clan[/i][/color] and [color="orange"][i]The Grand Lodge Of Freemasons[/i][/color], with the latter providing a heavy challenge for the former's Biggest Loser award. Also notable is the [color="maroon"][i]Random Insanity Alliance[/i][/color], who gains six nations and a tenth of a point to move up in the rankings, and the [color="#48D1CC"]Guru Order[/color], who likewise gains a tenth of a point
