Our sanctioned alliances are all over the map today, as the [color=#48D1CC][b]Mostly Harmless Alliance[/b][/color] outpaces the [color=red][b]New Pacific Order[/b][/color] yet again, gaining a sixth of a point while our sole representative from red loses eight nations. On the losing end of things is the [color=blue][i]World Task Force[/i][/color], who drops one very big nation to fall by a third of a point, falling well into range of [color=black][b]Sparta[/b][/color]. [color=#48D1CC][b]The Democratic Order[/b][/color] gains some room on either side, as the [color=green][b]Viridian Entente[/b][/color] and [color=#48D1CC][b]Fark[/b][/color] gain and fall a tenth of a point, respectively, while the [color=#48D1CC][b]Mushroom Kingdom[/b][/color] and the [color=orange][b]Orange Defense Network[/b][/color] go double-or-nothing, with the former losing a fifth of a point and the latter gaining the same amount. And thanks to gain of a third of a point from the [color=brown][b]Global Alliance and Treaty Organization[/b][/color], the [color=purple]United Purple Nations[/color] has been voted off of Sanction Island in favour of our Death-Star-Killing Feline Overlords.

Only a couple of pieces of news from down below. The [color=orange]Independent Republic of Orange Nations[/color] hands its position back to [color=#48D1CC][i]Ragnarok[/i][/color] - and then some - dropping nearly two-fifths of a point to become today's Biggest Loser. Meanwhile, both [color=blue][i]Nueva Vida[/i][/color] and [color=blue][i]The Foreign Division[/i][/color] lose a tenth of a point, while the [color=#48D1CC]Guru Order[/color] passes the Add Line by a gain of a tenth.

Losing low NS members doesn't affect your score very much. That's why "ODN applicant" has a score of, like, 2 despite having 120 members. The NS of an alliance is far more important for the score calculation.

At the moment, one member is worth about 0.013 score, wheras 3k NS is worth 0.01 score. So, yeah, unless your ANS is under 3000, your score will come mostly from the NS of your nations.
