I suppose I'll give you guys a decent commentary today. The [color="#663300"][b]Global Alliance And Treaty Organization[/b][/color] deserves it for their last day in bold. ;)

I hope I didn't spoil the surprise for anyone. I had assumed by this point that everyone had seen the [color="#48D1CC"]Mushroom Kingdom[/color]'s half-point gain. And I had also assumed that everyone had seen that they were only 0.12 points back of the [color="#663300"][b]Global Alliance And Treaty Organization[/b][/color], and will most likely be smugging it up with their name in bold tomorrow. And I had also assumed that I could just replace the entire Sanction Race with the smug smiley tomorrow. But oh well; it's not like I know how to use spoiler tags.

But in today-news, the [color="#008000"][b]Green Protection Agency[/b][/color] recaptures second place from the [color="#ff0000"][b]New Pacific Order[/b][/color], posting a notable gain to hold onto their new placing by less than a tenth of a point. Sadly, a lot of other people are pretty far apart. [color="#48D1CC"][b]The Democratic Order[/b][/color] remains less than a quarter-point back of the [color="#008000"][b]Viridian Entente[/b][/color], while the [color="#ff8c00"][b]Orange Defense Network[/b][/color] puts a severe dent in their hopes to move up past [color="#ff8c00"][b]FOK[/b][/color] by losing a fifth of a point. I suppose this is also a good place to mention that the [color="#48D1CC"][b]Mostly Harmless Alliance[/b][/color] lost a sixth of a point today, as well as [color="black"][b]Sparta[/b][/color]'s gain of an eighth of a point.

In Tier One, [color="#48D1CC"]Ragnarok[/color] loses a sixth of a point from the departure of two nations, while [color="#ff8c00"]The Order Of The Paradox[/color] is joined by the [color="#ff8c00"]Independent Republic Of Orange Nations[/color] in Tier Two in their post-war rebound, with each alliance gaining a sixth of a point. The top half of Tier Two is pretty quiet, with the silence broken by a significant gain from the [color="blue"]Multicolored Cross-X Alliance[/color], but more notably a Biggest Loser loss from the [color="#c0c0c0"][i]Siberian Tiger Alliance[/i][/color], as those two alliances switch positions, giving the [color="gold"][i]Federation of Armed Nations[/i][/color] an opportunity to repeat this feat tomorrow. Also making waves is [color="black"][i]Poison Clan[/i][/color], who adds five nations for a quarter-point, passing [color="#48D1CC"][i]The Grämlins[/i][/color] and threatening the same on [color="#ff8c00"][i]The Grand Lodge Of Freemasons[/i][/color] tomorrow. This will be a close area to watch in the coming days, with five alliances within a third of a point of each other.

That's about it for today. A quick note for [color="purple"][i]M*A*S*H[/i][/color]: You may want to light a fire under yourselves pretty quickly if you want to survive what the Drop Line's going to do in the coming days.

uh, the majority of those in our applicant AA are indeed applicants / ghosts. heck, we even have more folks ghosting our Applicant AA than our main AA - what are the chances of that ??

The above is a true statement. Except for possibly two exceptions everyone other person on our applicant AA is literally an applicant or ghosting it. We currently really do not have the membership in order to obtain sanction. Although the only reason why we did in the first place were due to people ghosting our AA in order to get NPO to lose sanction those many months ago.
