And judging from it current rate of growth it might just pass the GPA and with a bit of work pass the MHA in a month or two if it keeps going at this rate. It just depends how long surrender involves unnecessary restrictions on TOP making terms unacceptable as well as wanting them to pay reps to some of those still sanctioned alliances who declared on them outside CnG. Everyone who has NPO under terms is busy rebuilding or at war so none of them have been able to uphold their parts of the terms on rogue protection or anything else in there from what I've seen. Granted, GATO is still destined to lose their 20k nation within a short period of time, but that will not make up the entire difference. [color="black"][i]Poison Clan[/i][/color] goes the other way, dropping a fifth of a point, while [color="orange"][i]The International[/i][/color] hops over the Add Line and into the race, while [color=black][i]Nordreich[/i][/color] has to work a bit harder to get there. Tier Barrier 2's time is up, as it's only three-fifths of a point above the Add Line. We'll let it go on a short vacation before forcing it back into service. Reminder!
