WcaesarD
I was wondering, how would everyone feel about adding one more thing to the ASR, a stat of total nations, simply showing the total # of nations in the game, and how much it changes from day to day... Shouldn't take more than a few seconds to add, and it would be nice to see.

Tarikmo
Don't mind us either. We will catch up shortly Let me stop this sneaking up thing before it starts: Sparta sneaks up behind TOP MHA sneaks up behind Sparta NpO sneaks up behind MHA IRON sneaks up behind NpO ODN sneaks up behind IRON Fark sneaks up behind ODN GPA sneaks up behind Fark NPO sneaks up behind GPA FOK sneaks up behind NPO TDO sneaks up behind FOK WTF sneaks up behind TDO There, now don't start On a more serious note, it's gonna be interesting to see who's gonna win #1 in a month or two. Hopefully, the time you start dealing with our tier, Sparta and MHA will be the first concerned, instead of us.

Personally i think #1 is pretty secure in TOPs hands. #2 in a couple of months is anyones guess, pertsonally i'm hoping it stays how it is with MHA and Sparta swapping regularly and polar slowly catching up
Titus Pullo
I've never noticed before but, is there a reason Sparta still has "3" in front of it, and MHA has "2"? Also, TOP's flag is missing? Still, this dance for 2nd is fun to watch.

BamaBuc
Have to say that would be the main thing The recruited like mad. Nearly every new nation ( if not EVERY nation ) got a message to join TDO. Then the useless member fall away and you get a epic membership loss Yep, basically how we used to do things way back when (so did y'all in Atlantis, for that matter). We had 750 members at one point, but we've been in the 200-300 range for a long time now. -Bama

Other than RoK, who did it in large part via mergers, I've never seen an alliance grow as fast as TOOL did.

Shouldn't take more than a few seconds to add, and it would be nice to see. It'd be cool, but if you do that, people are going to start asking to keep track of every conceivable alliance stat. It'd be like a "If you give a mouse a Cookie" type thing.

Other than RoK, who did it in large part via mergers, I've never seen an alliance grow as fast as TOOL did. We've certainly had some amazing ones over the years. One of our original Dream Team just came back, actually. Thing is though, getting in used to be as simple as posting your nation link. Now we have an academy process. I remember one time late last year when we went on a recruiting frenzy and our applicant AA had 190 members or something ridiculous like that. Sadly, a lot of new nations just don't log in past day 1. -Bama

Recruiting comes very easy to us since people see the name "Sparta" and automatically want to join because of 300 (We can't deny that that movie has generated more recruits than almost any pre-made message could for us). Most of our official recruiting drives are quite successful. Unfortunately, it's hard to keep every new member active in the game when they're constantly fapping to Gerard Butler's muscles on the TV, so we had a long pocket of inactivity within the alliance for a long time. Biggest Loser 8 Green Protection Agency : 31.84 --> 31.61 (-0.23) Passes of the Day None. Commentary Yeah, my internet cut out... TWICE. So I apologise for the lateness. Mostly Harmless Alliance and Athens are the only alliances that attempted to, and failed at, trying to get Biggest Gainer. New Polar Order and The Democratic Order ended up taking the prize with both posting modest gains of +0.13 each, on a day where around 90% of the alliances in the Race managed to post gains as well. So 10%, or 3 alliances posted losses today - and they are: Sparta (who continues to suffer from huge membership drops), Green Protection Agency and The Order Of Light. Passes there were none, and really... yeah. Pretty boring today. Today's shoutout goes to the person who can find the mistake in yesterday's update. ---------- Related Links: Stats By Unspeakable Evil Tournament Edition Sanction Race How To Update the Amazing Sanction Race Sanction Race Update Creator spreadsheet: http://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=pFd...rmXWQ&hl=en [/update] Edited October 4, 2009 by Arcadian Empire
