Today was a BORING day. Yes, very boring. If your biggest gainer had a gain of +0.11 ... you can get the rest. Props to Orange Defense Network for being the only alliance (remarkably!) out of the thirty something alliances in the Sanction Race to post a gain of above +0.10. Losses however littered the Race today, with The Grämlins showing that in a small alliance, the leaving of just one member can have a huge impact (The Sweet Oblivion's performance today confirms this theory). Unfortunately, they had three leave - however their 0.58 fall does not equate to a pass... so it's good in a way. Perhaps. Viridian Entente posts a big loss as well of 0.27, losing 6 members - but they are not passed either. Ragnarok equalled the loss as well, as they continue to fall unexpectedly, much like what happened to Multicolored Cross-X Alliance. Notable losses as well go to Sparta who lost 0.17 (for one member!), Independent Republic of Orange Nations who lost 0.14. Tiers have a happy return ... I guess. I propose to have a set system of tiers, the first one ends at the Line, the second one ends at the 14th ranked alliance, and then the third one ends at the 10th alliance after the 14th ranked alliance and then the rest... I'm sure our viewers would like some consistency Today's shoutout goes to RnR who is the only alliance to register a pass today, passing The Sweet Oblivion. Get ready for WoT Yesterday was (it was not "may have been") boring, but today was more interesting. Today marks the end of The Templar Knights stint perhaps in the Sanction Race, falling unfortunately below a Drop Line who decided to shoot up today. They can thank FOK for that, who posted a great gain of +0.23 pushing the Add and Drop Line up +0.12. Speaking of pushing the Add Line +0.12, two alliances were sandwiched (unfortunately?) between the two Lines - and these alliances were The Sweet Oblivion and RnR. Interestingly, these alliances also tie today so it's really neck to neck to see what happens in the coming days. Will the Drop Line continue to rise? Will these two alliances both step up to the challenge? Will one falter and fall? Well, you'll have to look tomorrow for that. Since we've started with passes, I should mention Siberian Tiger Alliance's pass of Umbrella - obviously helped with their great movement today, +0.28 in fact - although they are 1.02 behind the next alliance up. Still, it's a good achievement - a pass is a pass. Onto the gains now, 23 alliances posted a gain today... so you can pretty much figure the next paragraph is going to be choc-a-bloc with information... which it is, I think. Biggest gainer today goes to New Polar Order who gained +0.33, much better than yesterday's biggest gainer... Anyways, second biggest gain went to Siberian Tiger Alliance as mentioned already, third place goes to FOK. Other notable gains go to Sparta, who narrow the gap between them and the number #1 spot to 0.24, I'd say it'll take 3-4 days before this develops into something big - if it ever gets to that. Also notable mentions to Mushroom Kingdom with a great +0.19 gain, and mass mentions to Green Protection Agency, Ragnarok (who appears to have started to recover), Commonwealth Of Sovereign Nations, the Add Line, and the Drop Line for all boasting +0.12 gains! The Grämlins gets the Biggest Loser "award" with a movement of -0.40, who should have been passed by Viridian Entente - but they too posted a big loss of 0.23 as well. New Pacific Order falls again today, having a huge loss of 0.34. Monos Archein loses 0.21, United Purple Nations loses 0.16, The Templar Knights falls 0.14 (as well as falling out of the Race) - so big losses all around for many alliances. The Democratic Order and Independent Republic of Orange Nations round up the rest of the notable losses with a 0.12 fall, and oh yeah, M*A*S*H falls 0.10 as well. Hopefully that's it... lots of news today, so lots of commentary. Today's shoutout goes to kerschbs who said "Decent loss for GATO coming today." and they ended up losing 0.01, another shoutout goes to D34th who said "I predict biggest gainer prize for NpO today" and he was absolutely right. Hassman gets a shoutout for being wrong, saying, "NO! WAPA will own you in biggest lost today", and they only ended up losing 0.03.
