Interestingly, it really isn't a net loss because our NS increased today. We lost a big nation, which accounts for the score loss, while still gaining NS... They better watch out, they better not cry, something something something you better not pout, I'm telling you why (sorry, but it's not Christmas - I forgot the lyrics...I'll remember them come December) Other major happenings include the change at the peak of the middle pack. The World Task Force gained and took advantage of a sizable loss from The Grämlins of 0.16 to now lead the charge. However unfortunately, they still need 22 more members and about 1.1 more score to get Sanctioned. Can they do it? Discuss. The New Polar Order and The Order of Light posted exact losses, both 0.26 - however lucky for them no alliance was close to them. If they did that in the lower rungs of the ladder, they would have dropped heavily. Lucky! Mostly Harmless Alliance did something truly puzzling as they posted a 0.19 gain, a great gain, despite losing 8 members. Weird. Also weird was Orange Defense Network Independent Republic of Orange Nations's great save despite losing 5 members ensuring they broke even. However whereas the Sanctioned Alliances were in damage control, and the "First Tier" was having mixed results, the "Second Tier" had much joy, posting all gains with the exception of one. Lot's of green today, and that can only mean good. Today's shoutout goes to... my internet service provider, who, without them, this update would have not been possible. When you think about it, most NPO nations are either in peace mode or at ZI. So there isn't much to lose and the gains made by PM nations could be higher than the losses from war.
