The NADC gained sanction during a great war by remaining neutral (I can't really remember any details... ) and retained it for quite a while. We only lost it after the NADC-BLEU war. Yes, but *most* alliances will have allies by their side when they get curbstomped. If you try to be neutral in every conflict (as the NADC did) you will have no friends in your biggest time of need, you get curbstomped, and made fun of for over a year. If you don't see it within 40 minutes you could probably start though. Also I just remembered about the CN Top 10 thing I did. I think I'll hold off until the war is done now. Would have been great to do it just before the war. Guess we'll have to base it off of the February one I did though. Best top 10 nations, best top 50 nations, most 10k+ infra nations, most 3k+ tech nations, and most nations in the top 5%. A bunch of alliances passed each other, another bunch is dropping like stones, another bunch is moving up at a snail's pace, and another whole bunch are radioactive. Global Radiation Level marches closer and closer to that top spot, uncontested. I still say it should be uncapped. The only alliance that ISN'T neutral and has actually gained score is FOK. As for the rest of you, World Task Force, Green Protection Agency, The Democratic Order...Karma PoW...all I can say is this. )): Neutral Menace )): The New Polar Order took a surprisingly large loss today, losing over four tenths a point. Must be that neutrality war flu that's spreading around: I heard it's contagious. Don't forget to wash your hands.
