I was thinking this was going to be a boring day, filled with "Specify Other, with the merger of MCXA and GR, overtakes NPO as the number one alliance in the game ever ever," but as I got down to the lower echelon of alliances, my prospects changed. Seriously. Everything happened down there today: I mean, the Multicolored Cross-X Alliance lost some points, but when an alliance one-fourth your size loses five times your loss (and when your loss is pretty noteworthy to begin with), you kind of put things in perspective. EVERYONE gained today, but especially the Greenland Republic, who are quickly making their way to the top of the race. Even NATO won, because spreading their gospel to more offshoot alliances is definitely worth the price paid. Given Olympus' growth, they should reach the Sanction Race in a week or less. ...what else is there to say? Oh yeah, STA. And, a shout-out to Wentworth the Brave: I did the entire update with a straight face, as jocular as it sounds.
