I think it would be cool if we could get a chart on the [url=http://cybernations.wikia.com/wiki/Technology]wiki page[/url] about technology for what range of technology each image is shown (on the Purchase Technology screen). All of the images are already uploaded and I set up a table, but commented it out for now. Does anyone know if this information is already out there somewhere? Otherwise, I think it would be a fun project to collect data and figure out as a community. Judging from checking the image names/urls, the 18th image (technologyr.jpg, gallery can be seen [url=http://cybernations.wikia.com/wiki/Category:Game_Tech_Images]here[/url]) is the last one, and I currently have that at 9200.34 technology owned. So unless someone already knows all the ranges for the images, I think the best way to find them out would be some kind of voluntary stat collection. So anyone willing, please post your current technology level (including the decimal part for accuracy) and the letter of the image you have (view image info, url will end with technology_.jpg, fill in the blank). Maybe people could post a link to this topic in alliance forums or something to try to get more people. Every data point helps! Maybe I'm just crazy, but I think this will be fun to do. But when it displays on your nation page it rounds it to 2 digits. So you could have 199.9987 tech and it would show up on your nation page as 200.00 tech. But, since 199.9987 is less than 200, you might end up getting technologyl.jpg instead of technologym.jpg. I don't know whether the image is decided before or after rounding to 2 decimal places. If anyone can test this, let us know. It's possible to figure out how much tech you have to more than 2 decimal places by looking up the cost of your tech, and then applying the tech cost formula in reverse, making sure to take all the modifiers (like universities, gold, etc.) into account. You can figure out your tech cost to 3 decimal places by looking up the cost of 10 tech in the dropdown menu and dividing by 10.
