Of this we are proud. However, these moves did not come without some cost. We have come to see that our foreign relations goals have diverged from that of the Kitten Defense Force (KDF) bloc. Thus, it is with a clear head and a heavy heart that we must part ways from our fellow kittens. Henceforth, following the language in the KDF treaty, Article 11, The Apparatus does hereby officially resign from the bloc, effective immediately -- the 72-hour waiting period has already passed. We wish the remaining kittehs all the best in the future, and will continue to maintain informal ties with our colleagues there.
