- On behalf of the alliance -

Barren wastes and frozen shores mark the site where freedom was, and then was lost. Five long, hard years of isolation, brightened only by this moment, where we the people of the once prosperous north return to the land of promise and reunite again under one banner. We push ahead to rebuild our home, free of past prejudices that caused so much strife. Where once was opportunity, strength and friendship, so shall there be again.

For those who were here, you'll remember us. For those who weren't - best prepare yourselves. This time, we aren't going anywhere.

On this, the fifth anniversary of the fall of the first alliance, I am proud to be among those that have reformed the National Alliance of Arctic Countries.

I feel nostalgic and happy to see NAAC existing again and while I'm not sure if this was a good decision since reformations normally end badly, but if those who were part of NAAC in the good ol'days are fine with it, who am I to say criticize?

Honestly with the amount of ex NAAC nations in Polar, you could say that Polar is/was NAAC v.2.0 or something, not counting GR.

NAAC and NpO merging in 3, 2, 1...
