What once was a rather simple matter has crossed the line of reasonability, and what should have been resolved quickly has turned into an unnecessary and drawn out battle of wills. To be sure, Kaskus and Mongols have fought valiantly and demonstrated their will and resolve in a way that can only garner respect. There comes a point, however, when enough is enough. For all intents and purposes, this war is now over. GOONS has requested help from others in this conflict for a very simple reason, a reason grounded in fact and reality. Their nations are gathered in a certain range, and while parties on the opposite side of the aisle may not be all that numerous, they fall outside of that specialized scope. As a unified body, it is both our duty and pleasure to serve as a compliment in that which they are lacking, just as they do for us in return. Considering that a number of us have already provided military aid in this conflict, we do what follows in the interest of efficiency. To be frank, neither respective opposing party are sufficient enough for any singular one of us to focus our interests upon, and it is for that reason which the collective alliances of Pandora's Box hereby declare war on Mongols and Kaskus. Let me be clear, from this moment on, all of your slots will be filled, casually and with little effort. It will be of no determent to any single one of us individually, and what little damage you will be capable of doing will be naught but a drop in the proverbial bucket. You will gain absolutely nothing by continuing this fight from here on out, except for the continuance of unnecessary destruction that you need not suffer. Pandora's Box, along with GOONS as a singular entity, also wishes to formalize the terms of surrender which will remain standing for the duration of the conflict. Mongols or Kaskus or both are free to accept them at any time, and the conflict will end. One hundred and seventy seven million is to be paid to GOONS, due upon a time of their choosing. Given that this number is only twenty two million off from Kaskus and Mongol's original offer, we are confident that payment will not place an excessive burden upon either party. There will be no further negotiation on the matter. The tenacity shown by the opponents in this war has gained our respect and we sincerely hope that they are able to face the inevitability of their situation before any more harm comes to them so that we may all finally move forward from this what should be minor matter.
